Users may connect with service providers through the Platform and make payments directly to providers. My ProBook does not act as a payment processor or intermediary.

- • Subscriptions are recurring and billed according to the selected plan.
- • Providers retain 100% of earnings; My ProBook does not charge commissions on service fees.
- • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription and keep payment information up-to-date.
Content and Intellectual Property
- • All content on My ProBook, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My ProBook or its licensors.
- • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
- • You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., provider profile information, reviews), but grant My ProBook a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.
